Replacement of Cheques / Tax Vouchers
Replacement of cheques (e.g. outdated, misplaced, damaged, non-receipt)	S$2.14 (inclusive of GST) Note : If S$2.14 is not received, CDP will deduct the respective replacement fees from the proceeds. i) US$ proceeds : US$1.50 (inclusive of GST) ii) RM proceeds : RM5.00 (inclusive of GST)
