To register a change in any of your personal particulars, please visit either our customer service counters, or your stockbroking firm with your original supporting documents:

1) Passport has to be valid at the point of receipt by CDP.
* For change in address, please complete the form and post it to us. Please ensure that your signature is the same as per our records.

CDP will notify you in writing for all approved and rejected requests.
- If I have several trading accounts with different broker, how many forms do I have to submit to update my mailing address with CDP?
You will just need to submit one update request to CDP.
