  1. What is the screen resolution recommended for the CDP website?
We recommend an 800x600 screen resolution.

  2. How do I change my monitor's screen resolution?
If you are unable to view the entire page from end to end, you may wish to reset your screen resolution to 800x600:

    For Windows user
    • Right-click your desktop background and select Properties
    • Click the Settings tab
    • Set your screen resolution to 800x600
    • Click ok and you are done.

    For Mac user
    • Click on the Apple icon on the upper left of your screen
    • Select Control Panels / Monitors and Sound from the pull-down screen
    • Under Resolution, set your screen area to 800x600

  3. What is the compatible browser I need to access the CDP website?
You can view our website on such browsers as Internet Explorer Version 5.0 with IE Cipher Strength of 128 bit or Netscape Version 6.1.

Internet browsers, which support 128-bit encryption, would have the most updated security features available.

  4. How do I know if my IE Cipher Strength is 128 bit?
To verify, go to 'Help', click 'About Internet Explorer'. You'll have to download the enhanced version if the information displayed is not 128 bit.

To upgrade, click 'Update Information' and click the IE website address. Download the version which is compatible to your PC.

  5. Who can I contact if I have any technical problems?
