  1. Why should I apply for a T-PIN for CDP Phone?
    The T-PIN offers you access to your personal account information, which include your shareholdings, previous or current month's statement of account, and securities account number. You can also confirm the results of your latest IPO application via this service.

  2. How do I apply?
    • To apply, please complete and sign the "Request for T-PIN" form before mailing it back to The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd, 4 Shenton Way, #02-01, SGX Centre 2, Singapore 068807.

    • You can complete the form online.

    • For those with Internet access, you can apply online.

  3. How should I protect my T-PIN?
    Some quick tips on how you can protect your T-PIN:

    • Never reveal your T-PIN to anyone, including CDP staff.
    • Do not write your T-PIN any where. Memorise it.
    • Avoid setting a T-PIN which is based on your personal details, such as date of birth, telephone numbers, NRIC numbers, userids and other associated records.
    • Do not use sequential numbers or the same number more than twice.
    • Change your T-PIN immediately if you suspect that it has been exposed.

  4. Can I change my T-PIN? How?
    You may change your T-PIN via CDP Phone by selecting 81#, followed by 7#.

  5. I forgot my T-PIN. How can I get a new one?
    You can:
    • Complete and sign the "Request for T-PIN" before mailing it to us at The Central Depository (Pte) Limited, 4 Shenton Way, #02-01, SGX Centre 2, Singapore 068807.

    • Call CDP Phone at 65357511 and select 83# for CDP forms, followed by 5# to request for the application form for T-PIN to be mailed or faxed to you.

    • For those with internet access, you can apply online.
