  1. How can I start using CDP Internet Access?
    To begin, click on the login button, and enter your securities account number and your I-PIN. For a thorough understanding of the use of CDP Internet Access, see our demo.

  2. How often can I access my account online?
    You have unlimited access to your account information.

  3. Do I require a plug-in for the service?
    Plug-ins are software programmes that extend the capabilities of the browser in a specific way, allowing you to play audio samples, or view video movies from within your browser.

    You do not require a plug-in for CDP Internet Access.

  4. Is the service available 24 hours?
    Yes, CDP Internet Access is available throughout the day, 7 days a week, except for weekly maintenance which occurs between 2300hrs (Saturdays) to 0200hrs (Sundays).

  5. How would I know if my transaction has been successful?
    For every transaction that is completed online, you will receive a confirmation from CDP, either via mail or electronically. If the e-service becomes temporarily unavailable, you can be assured that your transaction has been successfully completed when you receive our confirmation.

  6. Why do my transaction pages expire after some time?
    The webpages which you are viewing will expire after a period of inactivity. This is an automatic "time-out" feature that CDP has installed as a security measure to prevent any unauthorised access if your computer is left unattended.

    You will need to login again using your userid and I-PIN if you wish to continue your online transaction.

  7. If I have problems with my transactions online, who can I turn to for assistance?
    Please contact our Customer Service Officers at 6535 7511. Do leave a message if your call is unable to get through after our office hours, so that we can assist you the next business day.
