  1. Is the I-PIN case sensitive?
    Yes, it is.

  2. Can I change my I-PIN online? How?
    Yes, you can. To do so, simply login to CDP Internet Access with your existing I-PIN, and select "Change of I-PIN" to effect a change.

  3. I forgot my I-PIN. How can I get a new one?
    You have 5 login attempts, but if all attempts fail, your online access will be automatically disabled.

    To replace your I-PIN, you can:

    • Write to CDP
    • Request for a new I-PIN here.

    A new I-PIN will be mailed to you once your request is successful.
