My Account Statements
  1. Can you please tell me my current securities account position over the phone?
  2. How often will I receive my securities account statement?
  3. I did not receive my securities statement, can I request for another one to be sent?

  5. I have not been receiving my statements, why is that so?

  1. Can you please tell me my current securities account position over the phone?
    Your shareholdings portfolio in your securities account is confidential. We are unable to reveal any information over the phone as we cannot verify your identity. However you may wish to:

    • come down personally to our customer service counters with your identification card, or passport, to obtain a copy of your statement;
    • request for your latest statement to be sent to your mailing address;
    • view the information online if you have an I-PIN; or
    • call and retrieve the information via CDP Phone, using your T-PIN.


  2. How often will I receive my securities account statement?
    You will receive a monthly statement if you have transacted for that particular month. Otherwise, we send out half-yearly statements to all account-holders with shareholdings in their accounts.

  3. I did not receive my securities statement, can I request for another one to be sent?
    You can either call or write in to us to request for another statement to be mailed to you.

    If you have an I-PIN or T-PIN, you may retrieve your latest or previous month's shareholdings online or via CDP Phone.

  4. Will I be able to request for a statement of account that dates back a year?
    Yes, you can request for the backdated account statements at a fee. You will need to make payment before we can send the statement(s) to you.

  5. I have not been receiving my statements, why is that so?
    One possible reason could be that you have not updated your address with us. You can inform us of your new mailing address by writing in to us. We will update your address once we have verified your signature against our records. If you have an I-PIN, you can update your mailing address online.
