Please note the following:

All supporting documents mentioned above are to be certified true copy on every page by one director or the company secretary whose signature is maintained with CDP with his/her name and signature affixed on all copies of document. Otherwise, please submit clear photocopy of his/her IC/passport/identification document, duly certified true copies by one director or the company secretary. Please ensure that passport submitted is valid at the point of receipt by CDP and the IC/passport/identification document submitted must match with the identification number indicated on ACRA Instant printout for local incorporation or Particulars of directors and secretaries for foreign incorporation.
The certificate of resolution should not include any limits or signing groups on transactions with CDP.
With effect from 1st September 2009, CDP has revised the definition of nationality of a corporate account to refer to Place of Incorporation instead of being determined by the percentage of nationality of shareholders. No impact on corporate accounts that were opened prior to 1st September 2009 until there is update to Place of Incorporation when applicable
