Updating Particulars : Individual / Joint Securities Account

Register a change in any of the following by visiting our customer service counters or your stockbroking company with original supporting documents:
Update of Your Personal Particulars
To Update Original Supporting Documents required
Name Singapore or Malaysia IC/Deedpoll/Passport
IC/Passport number New IC (Singapore pink or blue/Malaysia IC)/New passport; & Old IC or passport
Nationality Citizenship certificate/Singapore IC/New passport
Permanent resident status Singapore blue IC/ Passport and Singapore entry permit or re-entry permit and old identification document
Please note the following:
1) Passport has to be valid at the point of receipt by CDP.

For requests executed out of Singapore, all supporting documents must be certified by certifiable authority listed here. If the account is operated by thumbprint, affixation of right thumbprint on Form 7.4 must be witnessed by certifiable authority and a certified true copy of IC/Passport must be furnished to support the request.
Update of Your Signature
Nationality Original Supporting Documents required
Singaporeans / Malaysians Singapore or Malaysia IC/Passport
Singapore PR Singapore Blue IC/Passport and Singapore entry permit or re-entry permit
Others Passport
Please note the following:
1) Passport has to be valid at the point of receipt by CDP.

For requests executed out of Singapore or drop in requests at CDP Customer Service Centre, please ensure that the affixation of signature/right thumbprint on Form 24A is witnessed and certified by certifiable authority listed here.
